HOT FM91.3 Contest Rules & Regulations

1. All listeners may take part in HOT FM91.3 contests unless there are specific requirements indicated by the DJ, organizers, advertisers or by law.

2. Winners of contests will be notified within 14 days from the date of giveaway and will be automatically disqualified if he/she has won in the same HOT FM91.3 contest/promotion within 30 days. Only one winner per household / per NRIC / per phone number will be allowed to win a prize from HOT FM91.3 of any contest/promotion within 30 days.

3. Some calls during contests are recorded and may be aired without further approval from the listeners.

4. Contests that involve an alcohol beverage / club / pub sponsor are open to all listeners 18 years or older.

5. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners may not request substitution or other consideration from the originally awarded prize. Station reserves the right to disqualify any winner if the contest rules have been violated in any way.

6. HOT FM91.3 reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements, even though an announcement may have been made on air indicating that person was the winner.

7. Prizes can be picked up at SPH UnionWorks Pte Ltd located at 1000 Toa Payoh North News Centre Singapore 318994, with a valid prize letter or SMS,' unless otherwise stated. Prizes will not be mailed. Prizes left unclaimed after the stipulated date will be forfeited. No correspondences will be entertained .

8. All winners are required to be present and show their original identity card/passport upon collection of prizes. Only ORIGINAL Identity Cards will be accepted.

9. HOT FM91.3 reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value, or end the contest at an earlier date. HOT FM91.3 will not be held responsible' for any unforeseen cancellation or delay of concerts/events caused by weather, promoter or performer. The station's decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
